Refund policy
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Our policy is that All Sales Are Final. If you receive a product that you would like refunded or exchanged and would like to contest our policy, please contact us via our website. If you receive a product that is damaged, you must notify us within five (5) days after you receive the shipment. Please note that shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a refund/exchange for a product that was shipped for free, we will determine the amount of shipping that will be deducted from your order.
SHIPPING: Shipping within the US is available to our customers. We currently ship through UPS and FedEx. To determine your shipping costs, add the items you desire to purchase to your shipping cart and type in the zip code for the shipment destination, you then should receive a shipping quote. For all orders over 100lbs, an online calculation is not possible; we will ship with the lowest shipping price/option available.
We Do Not ship outside the continental United States.

For any lost or stolen packages/shipments/orders, please follow the proper procedures of filing a claim with the appropriate carrier (eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS).
